Subscription Payments
- Our services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period
Cancellation and Refunds
Pro-rated Refunds
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days of the subscription period may be eligible for a pro-rated refund
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable fees
- No refunds will be issued for monthly or quarterly subscriptions after the service has been activated
Non-refundable Items
- Setup fees
- Implementation fees
- Custom development work
- Training services
- Usage-based charges
- Partial months of service
Exceptions for Service Issues
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in the following cases:
- Extended service outages (lasting more than 24 hours) due to our technical issues
- Failure to deliver core advertised features
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
How to Request a Refund

Processing of Refunds

Service Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid subscription period
- We do not provide refunds for the remaining unused days in your current billing period
Free Trials
- If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged
- No refund will be issued for payments made after the free trial period has ended
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the free trial ends if you do not wish to be charged
Enterprise Customers
Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their Master Service Agreement (MSA) for specific refund terms, as they may differ from this general policy.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
